Are there minimum qualifications I need to complete before I get started?
No. My goal in establishing this service is to make project management accessible to anyone that is seriously committed and willing to put in the time and effort.
If you find yourself considering project management as part your journey, schedule a call with me and we can talk about your personalized goals and the pathways for getting there.
How is coaching different than managing or mentoring?
Coaching leverages the participant's existing potential to maximize the current situation. While mentoring is similar to a sponsor, once you have a mentor in your company or industry, their primary role is to open new doors for you, representing your potential when it comes to leadership decisions for new roles or assignments.
Both can be useful and promising, however they serve different purposes. With the challenge of time, mentors can be hard to come by and largely based on the mentor’s preferences and beliefs of who they envision as the right fit for future leaders.
Obtaining coaching services puts you in the driver’s seat, rather than waiting for the chance to find a mentor who has both the time and personal interest in your professional growth.
Do I need to be a project manager to get 1:1 coaching in project success?
The simple answer is no. If you are not currently leading a project, we will collaborate to source one to get you started.
If you are not a professional project manager but have a project that needs to be managed, we can also use this as a starting point.
If you are curious about this path and how it might work for you, schedule a time for us to chat. Your situation does not need to fit neatly in a box; this is about exploring what’s possible and building on where you are to move forward.
How is this different than other types of leadership development coaching?
Project Leadership Coaching: A Unique Approach
My coaching program offers distinctive advantages that set it apart from traditional leadership development:
Accessible Professional Development
Unlike executive-focused coaching with premium pricing, my approach makes professional growth accessible to professionals at all levels—not just those in the C-suite or on an executive track.
Applied Learning Through Real Projects
Rather than abstract leadership concepts, my coaching uses your current projects as the learning laboratory. This creates:
Immediate application of new skills
Tangible results you can showcase
Efficient use of your limited time
Dual-Purpose Methodology
My approach uniquely serves two critical objectives simultaneously:
Developing your leadership capabilities
Driving measurable success in your current projects
Practical Time Integration
Instead of adding to your workload, this coaching integrates seamlessly into your existing responsibilities, making professional development practical rather than burdensome.
This approach delivers the benefits of high-quality coaching without requiring executive-level investment or creating additional time pressures, making transformative professional development accessible regardless of your career stage or trajectory.
What is the cost and time commitment?
My goal is to make Project Management accessible to anyone that is serious and interested in learning more about this path. Book a call with me and we can explore customizing a path with a pace and investment level that meets you where you are.
