Defining Moments:
Over 17 years ago, I began my career as a data analyst at Boeing. Over time and with a commitment to the discipline, I built a strong foundation in project management, ultimately serving in the Enterprise Program Management Office— the pinnacle of industry large-scale capability.
During some of Boeing’s most critical junctures—the globalization of the 787 Dreamliner supply chain, the inaugural 787 final assembly site in South Carolina, the fatal accidents involving the 737MAX airplanes, and a strict COVID lockdown—I had a front-row seat to company leadership at its most tested times.
These experiences provided invaluable lessons that I’ve carried into new industries and organizations, forever shaping my approach to leadership and project management.
